CATL

Ginger St. James + Emma Langhorn

CATL are a two piece, stripped-down and road-worn band. Rooted in blues-based garage, built on gritty guitar, pounding drums and powerful vocals, CATL has a rawness that feels intentional but not forced; loose in the right places and locked in where it matters.

Joining CATL on the Clifford stage:

Ginger St. James – a Hamilton classic country songstress that has captured hearts across Canada with her stripped back blend of rockabilly, country and blues.

Emma Langhorn – Folk and country singer-songwriter, with a strong focus on voice and simple instrumentation. The arrangements are spare and steady, supporting a clear, unembellished vocal.

THE HOGTOWN ALLSTARS

Alex Antinori Presents The Hogtown Allstars

The Hogtown Allstars are a Toronto-based blues supergroup built out of some of the most decorated players in Canadian roots music. Formed as a loose collaboration in 2013 and eventually solidified into a working band, they bring together veteran members of The Downchild Blues Band alongside players from the Maple Blues Band and other long-running projects. The result is less “new band” and more a collision of lifetimes spent on stage.

Their sound sits firmly in modern electric blues—tight, groove-heavy, and rooted in classic Chicago and Southern styles, delivered with the ease that comes from decades of playing together. Their debut album Hog Wild (2022) showcased that chemistry with a mix of original material and covers, earning strong critical reception and reinforcing their reputation as a kind of working institution rather than a side project. (Blues Blast Magazine)

On stage, the Allstars operate like a rotating showcase of seasoned players rather than a traditional front-man-driven act – lean, confident, and built for live rooms where feel matters more than flash. (oldmilltoronto.com)
